The breakfast food, staff & dining room.
The bedroom was too small. The bar was poorly stocked, no draught drinks available due to no gas to pump them. Dinner was not surved during our stay as no one had booked it in advance. The option of booking dinner in advance was not available on your web site.

Excellent location just 3 mins walk from pleasure beach right on the main promanade with sea veiw and illuminations outside. Given the prominent location very quite no noise at all. Best place I've stopped at in Blackpool I always go for one of the cheapest I can find but as expected they disappoint and i don't go again but I will rebook this one for next visit.

Friendly owner on reception
Generally a somewhat shabby hotel, not a comfortable bed, cramped room which had an unpleasant stale smell on arrival. Had I planned to stay in Blackpool more than one night I would have sought alternative accommodation.

A perfect family getaway!
Just returned after a fab 2-night stay with the kids! The room was super clean and had a comfy double and bunk beds. The owner was super helpful, drying our wet coats from the rides. It is a bit cramped, especially the bathroom, but honestly, we barely noticed. Loved that there's a bar area for brekkie too!

The king room was immaculate, included a shower and a hairdryer. We got incredible breakfasts with a chocolate cake as big as our granddaughters face.

The gent on the front desk went out of his way to be helpful towards 4 tired Pleasure Beach Travellers! We had booked a family room in order to keep our costs down and were offered two twin rooms for the same price when we arrived.

It had good and perfect location close to Mirror Ball. The hotel itself was in a local area, just off the Sandcastle Water Park and The Pleasure Beach. There were an electronic key card, a coffee/tea maker and a TV set in the room, enjoyed that...

The room was pretty clean and had nice fresh sheets. We had both a double and single bed, perfect for our family. Plenty of towels and tea/coffee supplies were available. The sea view was a lovely bonus too! Only downside was the noise from the hallway sometimes. We could hear people coming and going at night, but overall, it was a comfortable space.
